I'm a Mat & Reformer Pilates Teacher and Breathwork facilitator who formerly worked as a Research scientist at Volkswagen, studying how to change humans mindsets and behaviours to drive the usage of new autonomous driving innovations. Today, I reapply this knowlegede to a matter closer to my heart:

I'm passionate about sharing tools improving our overall wellbeing in a preventative manner. Further,, I am deeply motivated to help connect people closer together from afar.

With this page, I'm finding a way to summarise all I do, rooted in my deep interest in mental, physical and relational wellbeing. It is my mission to share holistic health tools (mind-based & body based) I'm constantly training in and learning about with as many as possible.

2. Develop a writing practice post session (s). Here, I spark inspiration, offer journal prompts and mentorship to get them start journaling for self-reflection / writing their memoir.

3. Optionally, we create an e-mail exchange with you. (Prompt answers will be answered and sent to you (child) e.g. once a month, making you learn about them/their life and feel closer from afar).

DYAD SESSION(2)
WITH PARENT
A session together designed to feel emotional closeness (from afar) & spark meaningful conversation beyond "how's the weather over there?"
Sessions featuring guided mediations & visualisation based on the science of social bonding. Book a session with your parent to feel close, connect in a meaningful way.

Post session, I optionally pose questions to spark deep conversation and leave you both to chat, having conversations that matter from afar.
